sitting down and feeling the rolls of fat fold onto you, imagine the tears rolling down your cheeks in the dressing room, imagine hiding yourself under all those clothes because you feel so insecure and wretched, imagine how walking past the pretty thin girls and feeling miserable and jealous
but then…….
imagine waking up, being able to throw on whatever and look perfect, imagine being able to wear that tight little dress and feel sexy, imagine running and not feeling your fat jiggle around, imagine the envious stares you’ll get, imagine feeling comfortable when lifted up by someone, imagine all the pictures you’ll WANT to see of yourself, imagine the compliments you’ll get.

You know, it’s not too late, and it will never be too late to start loving yourself. Right here, right now - fall in love with yourself. Fall in love with the person you were, are and could be. It’s all connected, everything you’ve done, said, thought. It all matters. Regret nothing, there’s no point to it, you know that.
